Yungaburra is about 1 hour's drive up inland from the international port city of Cairns, which is the gateway to one of the most popular tourism destinations, Tropical North Queensland and the Great Barrier Reef, Australia.

    Palmerston Highway from Innisfail (1.5 hours) via Millaa Millaa and Malanda.
  • EASTERN ACCESS:
    Gillies Highway from Cairns (1 hour) via Gordonvale, passing Lake Barrine.
  • NORTHERN ACCESS:
    Kennedy Highway from Cairns (1.5 hours) via Kuranda, Mareeba and Atherton.
  • SOUTHWESTERN ACCESS:
    Kennedy Highway from Mt Surprise and the west via Ravenshoe (45min from Ravenshoe)
